As product designers, we need to understand that exceptional products are built on a foundation of deep understanding.

Through a combination of on-site research across various locations and industry report analysis (system design research), we uncovered a trend: the immense desire for convenient, delicious fried food options.

This insight ignited a spark of inspiration, leading us to develop a revolutionary concept – a digital vending machine dispensing piping hot, made-to-order fried favourites!

As went onto an immersive experience of on-site research at multiple QSR chains help to us understand the specific pain points and preferences of consumers seeking fried food options, we came about to designing the solution which is a Digital vending Machine.

After thorough research and Giga mapping we developed a digital prototype of a user-friendly vending machine specifically tailored to dispense fried food items.

Our focus on convenience is that the machine will offer a seamless user experience with QR Code scanning system to place orders.

Where will this Vending Machine be placed and what are Benefits for Busy Spaces?

Compact and efficient, this vending machine can be easily placed in high-traffic areas like office buildings, universities, and transportation hubs, catering to the growing demand for quick and convenient grab-and-go meals.

What is the Scalability Potential of this model?

The modular design will allow for easy scaling and customisation to accommodate different menus and brand identities – perfect for franchises like "Just Shawarma" and "Just Fried."
